Rob Freeman
CEO, Anglican Retirement Villages (ARV)
Rob brings a long history of leading large, private businesses to Not For Profit ARV. He was appointed CEO in 2009.
His early career was with accounting firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu where he moved up the firm to Managing Partner. He then moved to senior positions in the metal industry, including Managing Director of Capral Steel and General Manager of OneSteel.
He was an external director on the ARV board from 2003 to 2007.
ARV has been aggressively upgrading and building its village and care portfolio under his supervision. They now have 12 aged care facilities and 14 villages across 22 locations plus full home care services with a total of 6,000 clients.
