Phil Smith
National Director | Transaction Services Healthcare & Retirement Living, Colliers International
Phil leads the Colliers aged care, retirement village, hospital and medical services group, managing sales and purchase of property and business portfolios across these sectors.
Under his direction Colliers has been responsible for over $1.5B in transactions, handling most of the negotiations relating to acquisitions by listed companies over the past seven years.
Colliers also acts for a significant number of small and large not for profit care operators, advising on portfolio rationalizations and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Phil was Senior Director in the CBRE Retirement Housing and Healthcare team, as well as Head of Property at a major London based bank.
