Anna Learmonth
General Manager Sales and Legal Administration, Stockland Retirement Living
Anna has had a long association with the care sector, through her academic training and business career.
Her first degree was in Music Therapy where she worked before joining GE Money in Australia and GE Commercial Finance in the US, where she specialised in the aged care sector. Her roles included organisational engineering and Vice President Marketing.
Returning to Australia she joined the top tier executive search firm Egon Zehnder as a Consultant, spending four years recruiting CEOs and senior executives for leading companies and organisations.
Anna wished to participate in the evolution of care for senior Australians and sought a position in the village and care sector, being appointed to General Manager Operations with Stockland Retirement Living, where she re-engineered the operations across 65 villages nationally. In November she was appointed General Manager Sales and Legal Administration, responsible for sales and the contractual structures Stockland will offer.
