Andrew Giles has over 20 years experience in the property industry, with a focus in seniors accommodation.
He has had an extensive background in market research and economics for a wide range of clients in Australia, New
Zealand and Asia.
Andrew also has strong connections in government and an extensive network of contacts in the retirement village and
aged care industries.
As Chief Executive Officer of the Retirement Village Association from 2009-2013, he led the growth of the association,
including 40% growth in members, doubling revenue and improving the organisation’s performance in the key areas of
representation and advocacy, industry research and accreditation.
In 2012 he lead a successful merger with the Property Council of Australia to form the Retirement Living Council, which is
now the most powerful voice for seniors housing in the Asia-Oceania region.
In 2013, Andrew joined as a Partner of One Fell Swoop. In the past 12 months he has been involved in the planning and
implementation of almost $1 billion in seniors accommodation and care projects.
